US domestic shipping
Shipping for all products is made to order and processed as soon as an order is placed. Domestic delivery typically arrives within 5–10 business days after production. Production can take 2–5 business days before shipping begins. Pre-order or high-volume event orders may have longer delivery windows, which are always shown at checkout. Tracking information is emailed to you once your order ships.
Sunny & West ships within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size and carrier rates. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, holidays, weather, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout. Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of ordering. After that window, we cannot guarantee updates because the order may already be processing.
Returns
Because products are made specifically for each order, returns are accepted only for items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect. If your item arrives with an issue, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide a photo showing the defect. Approved claims are replaced at no cost. Refunds are issued only if a replacement is not possible. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for sizing, color preference, or change of mind. Size guides are available on each product page to help ensure fit before ordering.
If a refund is approved, it will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Return shipping fees are covered by Sunny & West only for approved defective or incorrect item cases.
Exchanges for non-defective items are not available at this time. We encourage reviewing product details and size guides carefully before placing your order.
For orders placed at in-person events using QR codes, return eligibility and timelines remain the same. Delivery timelines may vary based on order volume.
